We offer a full refund less shipping charges to your original form of payment for returns postmarked within 15 days of delivery date. Returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date are eligible for merchandise credit only. The jewelry should be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date.

We can cancel or update your order if it hasn't been fulfilled (packed and out of our studio). Once fulfilled, please follow our return policy to return. Please email us at hello@shoplakdawala.com and we are happy to assist.

Wear your pieces everyday, fearlessly. Just be sure to give them some care from time-to-time. Ideally, pieces with gemstones should be kept away from water, chemicals and fragrances on a day to day basis to maintain their brilliance.

2. Soak pieces for 15 mins

3. Gently scrub using a soft bristled toothbrush

4. Lay down on a soft cloth to air dry
