Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from when they are received. Ship time depends on the shipping method you select during checkout. To expedite your order, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to assist.
For orders shipping within the United States you may select between USPS and UPS.
Great news! Standard shipping is free for all orders shipping within the United States.
Your order ships from our Houston, TX studio.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
From our experience, missing orders can arrive a few days after the expected delivery date, even when the tracking status shows delivered. Once the package is with the shipping carrier the carrier's website will provide tracking details. If you need help locating your package, contact us at email@example.com and we're happy to help.
Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada.
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund if your order has not been fulfilled (packed and shipped from our studio). Once fulfilled, please follow our return policy to return/exchange.
We want you to love your purchase, so it's okay if you change your mind. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any product shipped to our studio without authorization will be shipped back at your cost.
We offer a full refund less shipping charges for returns postmarked within 15 days of delivery date. The refund will go back to your original form of payment. The jewelry should be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date are eligible for merchandise credit only. After 30 days we are not able to offer a refund or merchandise credit. Please refer to our policy on initiating a return above.
Kindly note, you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Returns will be processed once the item is received at our studio. We highly recommended that the return shipments are insured and trackable.
Rest assured, each piece is quality checked before it is packed and shipped because we want your order to be perfect. If any items arrive damaged in transit, please contact our team so we can start the replacement process. We will provide the return form which needs to be included in the shipment.

Orders placed between November 27th and December 23rd fall under our holiday return policy. We offer a full refund less shipping charges to your original form of payment for returns postmarked by January 23 of the following calendar year. The jewelry should be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Gift returns are eligible for merchandise credit only. Please refer to our policy above on initiating a return.
